Process
- Step 1: Order the product with your own design from our online store.
- Step 2: Download the corresponding file specifications here.
- Step 3: Send your design files to info@nfcw-shop.com, using your order number as a reference. Please indicate whether you would like us to program the products for you as well.
- Step 4: After verification, we’ll start production on your order and let you know the delivery time.
Program NFC tags
There are several ways to program NFC chips:
- Compatible with smartphones (Apple & Android).
With the “NFC Tools” app, you can easily program NFC chips using a smartphone. Download the app from the Apple or Android Store. On Apple devices, you can also choose to program NFC chips using the “Shortcuts” app.
- With an NFC Writer
You can connect this device to your Windows computer via a USB port. With the included software, you can program NFC tags. Using an NFC writer is faster, more versatile, and easier than using a smartphone. On the other hand, programming with a smartphone offers a lot of flexibility because you can use the app wherever you are.

How should I submit my design?
After ordering the product, you’ll receive an email from us within 24 hours with the file submission specifications. We’ll ask you to send us the design via email. We’ll review the design. Once approved, we’ll start production.
Will the design still be reviewed?
Of course, we’ll review the design first before putting it into production. If the design is perfect, we’ll get started on it. If the design isn’t quite right yet, we’ll contact you.
When will I receive the printed materials?
The standard lead time is 4 weeks. Is this a rush order? If so, please contact info@nfcw-shop.com. We’ll see what we can do for you.
Do I need to program the product myself?
You can do this yourself, but we can also handle it for you. Do you have any questions about this? Please send us an email at info@nfcw-shop.com.
