The Smart Switch to Digital Business Cards
Evoke Staffing is a staffing agency that connects technical professionals with companies in the Technology, Construction & Infrastructure, and Supply Chain & Logistics sectors. We guided them through their transition from paper business cards to modern, digital NFC business cards.
Objective
Evoke Staffing values technology and innovation. The switch to NFC business cards was therefore a logical step. Their goal: to share contact information with clients and candidates more quickly and efficiently. They were looking for an eco-friendly, forward-thinking solution that would also make collecting lead data easier.
The Challenge
Paper business cards were no longer efficient. Manually entering data took time, and information quickly became outdated. In addition, Evoke wanted to reduce its carbon footprint by using less paper. They wanted a modern, sustainable solution.
Work Performed
We produced 98 custom NFC business cards, fully in line with Evoke’s brand identity. Each card shares contact information instantly, without the need for an app. Through a dashboard, Evoke can easily update contact information and track networking performance in real time. We supported them in making a smooth transition to this new technology.
Results
With NFC business cards, Evoke now works faster and more efficiently. Contact information is shared with a single swipe, without manual entry. The dashboard provides immediate insight into leads, allowing them to optimize their follow-up strategy. And by using less paper, they’re contributing to a more sustainable world.
