In-House Sales Representative (24–40 hours)

NFC World is growing rapidly, and we’re looking for an In-House Sales Representative to join our team. We really need extra help to take the next step. In this role, you’ll work alongside a small, close-knit team. You’ll have a lot of responsibility, plenty of variety, and the chance to grow quickly within a company that’s constantly evolving.

Who are we?

NFC World started as a “side hustle” for two enthusiasts who thought, “Let’s do something with this NFC technology—it could be fun.” But what started as an idea has grown into a serious business. We sell NFC products and also develop applications. Take our NFC business cards, for example. We’re young, we’re innovative, and we have a mission: to offer our customers the best technologies and products.

What You’ll Be Doing

As an In-House Sales Representative, you’ll play a key role at NFC World. You’ll assist customers, process requests, and ensure that quotes and orders are handled accurately and efficiently.

Your responsibilities will include:

Assisting customers via email and phone
Preparing, sending, and following up on quotes
Process orders and prepare them for shipment
Answering customer inquiries and helping to develop appropriate solutions
Help develop smarter work processes
Personalizing and printing NFC products with our own printers

What Your Day Might Look Like

You start the day with a cup of coffee and check your email. You see what questions have come in, which orders need to be processed today, and what else is on the schedule.

You’ll then get to work evaluating new designs and preparing print jobs for NFC business cards, displays, stickers, or other NFC/RFID products. In between, you’ll assist customers by phone and email and ensure that everything is handled properly.

You’ll also monitor inventory, restock as needed, and list new products in the online store. In the afternoon, you’ll prepare orders for shipment and collaborate with the team to brainstorm new ideas and the next steps for NFC World.

At the end of the day, you’ll wrap up any remaining tasks and make sure everything is ready for the next day.

Experience with Adobe Illustrator
