Dual-frequency RFID labels for large-scale identification

These dual-frequency RFID labels are designed for professional applications where a larger label surface area and a wide read range are required. The combination of UHF and HF technology allows a single label to be used across various RFID systems and processes. This makes the labels ideal for organizations that work with multiple standards in logistics, manufacturing, retail, media, and product authentication.

The antenna is designed for use on non-metallic surfaces, allowing the label to function reliably on materials such as cardboard, wood, plastic, and glass. This makes integration into existing workflows simple and requires no technical modifications, even for existing labeling processes.

Combination of UHF and HF in a single RFID solution

The label supports both UHF and HF frequencies. The UHF portion operates within the 860–960 MHz range and complies with EPC Class 1 Gen2v2 and ISO 18000-63. The HF functionality operates at 13.56 MHz and complies with ISO 15693. This allows the same tag to be read by UHF readers for long-range applications and by HF readers for applications requiring short-range and high-precision reading.

The maximum read range for UHF is up to 8.0 meters, making the label suitable for tracking, inventory management, and logistics processes where fast identification and throughput are important.

Large format and durable polyester material

Measuring 66 × 46 mm, this RFID label offers extra space for visual identification and printing. The glossy white polyester material is durable and suitable for use in demanding environments. The label is suitable for both indoor and outdoor use and maintains its performance when exposed to UV light.

The label operates reliably within a temperature range of -40 °C to 85 °C. The aluminum antenna is bonded to the chip using an anisotropic conductive film adhesive, ensuring stable performance and consistent read results.

Suitable for thermal transfer printing and industrial processing

These RFID labels are suitable for thermal transfer printing and can easily be printed with fixed or variable information, such as text, barcodes, or serial numbers. The labels come with RFID encoding and are fully inspected during production.

The rolls are wound outward and contain 500 approved labels per roll. Any non-conforming labels are marked. The labels are compatible with industrial printers such as the Sato CL4NX Plus, ensuring smooth processing.

Thanks to their larger size, long read range, and dual-frequency capability, these RFID labels are suitable for inventory and inspection labels, general identification, and tracking within supply chains.
