Support for the universal UHF frequency band from 860 to 960 MHz, in accordance with ETSI guidelines, makes the label compatible with standard RFID readers and existing infrastructure. This allows the label to be integrated into current RFID systems without any technical modifications.

The label is made of a robust polyether-polyurethane construction and features an acrylic adhesive layer. This combination ensures reliable and permanent adhesion to metal and other surfaces, even in the face of temperature fluctuations or light mechanical stress. The label operates within a temperature range of -40 °C to 85 °C and is designed for indoor use.

With a thickness of approximately 1.5 millimeters, the label remains sturdy and well-protected. Its compact size of 45 by 8 millimeters makes the label suitable for applications with limited space, without compromising read performance.

Suitable for thermal transfer printing and processing

The UHF RFID labels are suitable for thermal transfer printing and can be printed with fixed or variable information such as barcodes, serial numbers, or text. The labels come with RFID encoding and are fully tested during production.

They are wound outward and supplied on rolls of 800 labels, with any non-conforming labels marked. This ensures reliable and efficient processing in manufacturing and logistics environments. The labels are compatible with industrial printers such as the Sato CL4NX Plus.
