What You’ll Be Doing
As a Sales Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers and a key link in the sales process. You’ll ensure that inquiries are followed up on promptly, that customers receive the right information, and that orders are processed smoothly.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Calling leads, following up, and converting them into concrete opportunities
- Identify sales opportunities and act on them immediately
- Testing new ideas to increase conversion rates
- Keep the CRM and administrative records up to date so that everything remains organized
- Assisting customers via email and phone
- Calling leads and providing advice on our products
- Preparing, sending, and following up on quotes
- Help develop better sales and work processes
What Your Day Might Look Like
You start the day with a cup of coffee and check your inbox and the CRM dashboard. You see which new inquiries have come in, which leads you want to follow up on, and which opportunities you prepared yesterday. Then you briefly coordinate priorities with your colleagues and dive into your sales work.
You’ll call both warm and new leads, provide advice on our products, and turn conversations into concrete opportunities. You’ll prepare quotes, send them out, and follow up with the clients later that day.
Throughout the day, you’ll identify opportunities to increase conversion rates or streamline work processes. You’ll test new ideas, note areas for improvement, and act on opportunities right away. You’ll keep the CRM up to date so everything stays organized.
At the end of the afternoon, you’ll wrap up any outstanding tasks, update the records, and make sure all follow-ups are ready for tomorrow. That way, you’ll start tomorrow with a clear overview of your leads and opportunities.
